NOGMUN Board of Directors are responsible for meeting several times annually, both virtual and in person, to conduct organizational business like creating strategic priorities of the organization, reviewing and approving financial statements, and approving all substantive content for the conference and post-conference community project. The board equally votes and approves executive staff for each conference.
