Starting your journey as a Chair is a great entry point into NOGMUN. Chairs assist during committee sessions and work directly with a committee's dais to ensure the rules of procedure are upheld.
Apply NowEvery committee is led by two to three staff, depending on its size. Committee staff include the Directors and Assistant Directors, who coordinate and lead the committee, support the recruitment and training of chairs, review position papers, and prepare delegates ahead of the conference. Committee staff also set committee topics, compile background guides, and support delegates throughout the conference — offering real room for professional and international growth.
Apply NowThe Secretary-General is one of the most important roles at each conference. The Board of Directors appoints a Secretary-General annually based on fit for the position.
